These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access and use of the SimplyShifts proprietary platform, mobile application, and all related data, applications, content, materials, tools, features, and functionalities (collectively, the “Solutions”).
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights. By accessing and/or using the Solutions, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, you must not use the Solutions.
For purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Solutions. If you use the Solutions on behalf of a company or other entity, then “you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the entity to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States to use the Solutions.
You represent and warrant that at all times you will hold and maintain all required licenses, permits, approvals, registrations, certifications, credentials, and other authorizations necessary to perform Professional Services.
As part of your application, you must upload documentation for SimplyShifts to verify your licenses and credentials. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Use of the Solutions
You agree to use the Solutions only for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Solutions.

Relationship with Facilities
SimplyShifts facilitates connections between clinicians and healthcare facilities. Your relationship with any facility arises from your acceptance of shifts through the Solutions and is governed by these Terms and any applicable facility policies.

Payment
Compensation for accepted shifts is calculated and disbursed according to the rate displayed at the time of booking. SimplyShifts charges no hidden fees or markups; the rate you see is the rate you receive, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

Rights We Grant You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SimplyShifts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Solutions for your personal, internal business purposes.
